Our experienced trainers will provide personalised guidance and support to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
While you do not have to be an RWL member to join our retreats, we highly recommend becoming a member. For just £1, you can join as an RWL member and enjoy the benefits for your first 30 days. Being an RWL member will enhance your retreat experience, providing you with additional resources, support, and exclusive perks.
The RWL fitness retreats are held in a private villa located in Lagos, Portugal, featuring large gardens and a refreshing pool.
We offer 3 or 4 night stays.

We offer various accommodation options to suit different preferences and budgets. You can choose between single rooms, 2-person sharing, 3-person sharing, or 4-person sharing.
When you book shared accommodation at the retreat, you do not have to find additional people to come with you. Our team will assign roommates for you based on other participants who have also selected a sharing option.
Our goal is to make the accommodation process hassle-free and ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the retreat.
During the retreat, we offer a variety of delicious meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients. While we cannot guarantee a specific menu as it may vary to ensure the use of the freshest ingredients, we take pride in providing a range of dietary options to accommodate various preferences and restrictions.

Yes, we offer additional services and amenities during the retreat. You will have the option to book private 1-1 sports massages or massages with our PTs. We can also assist in arranging extra excursions, such as sunrise paddle boarding, to enhance your retreat experience.
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to attend the retreat alone or come with a friend.
We welcome individuals who choose to join us solo, as we’ve found that many participants who travel alone often have enriching and fulfilling experiences. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, build connections, and fully immerse yourself in the retreat’s offerings. Whether you come alone or with a friend, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.
Prices start from £299 and include accommodation classes, breakfast, lunch, dinner* & snacks.

No, there are no specific age restrictions for participants. All ages above 18 are welcome to join our retreats. Our expert trainers are experienced in providing adaptations and modifications for exercises and workouts, ensuring that everyone can participate and feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level or abilities.
Faro airport is our closest and is only 50 minutes away. There are many transfer companies available, and you will be travelling from Faro to Lagos, should you have any trouble, feel free to message me.
We will be welcoming you with drinks & snacks from 2pm, however, your rooms won’t be ready until 4pm.
