1.  My cycle isn't 28 days - does this still work?

Yes. The phases still exist regardless of cycle length. Just make a note of Day 1 of your cycle (the first day of your period), and you can follow your body’s natural rhythm without relying on a fixed 28-day average.

2. I'm on hormonal contraception - is this relevant?

The nutrition, movement and lifestyle principles apply regardless. Some women still notice cyclical patterns; others have a more stable baseline. Your GP can advise further.

3. How quickly will I notice a difference?

Many members notice improved energy and mood within the first cycle. After 2–3 months, changes in body composition, PMS symptoms and wellbeing are often significant.

4. I'm perimenopausal - can I still use this?

Absolutely. RWL includes content specifically for perimenopause. Focus on how you feel rather than rigid day-counting, the programme is flexible by design.

5. How is this different from a cycle tracking app?
