I loved following the flexible prenatal workouts with no pressure to exercise a certain amount of times a week at a set time. Pregnancy comes with enough pressure working out shouldn’t be one.
I was hooked! Not only with how good the programme looked but how the online community supported every single member! I found myself surrounded by so many amazing women just supporting watching and being cheerleaders. The workouts were broken down into each trimester and this gave me the confidence I needed to know I was working out safely.
For me I fell in love with the yoga, Pilates and barre pregnancy workouts. Moving into Trimester 2 I felt more energised and less nauseous so introduced some strength ones in too. Now I am in trimester 3 things have been a little more difficult as my energy levels have plummeted but I’m just aiming to move my body when I can and in ways that feel good to me!
I loved working out with piece of mind knowing that the workouts were pregnancy friendly. They were fun and kept me fit and strong. It helped me stay positive and less anxious right up until I gave birth, and I actually continued to follow my fitness routine till I was 40 weeks and 4 days!
I was surprised at how many different styles of workouts I could still do while pregnant and was so happy I could still use my weights. Results with Baby helped me stay healthy both physically and mentally, providing me with safe workouts and tips for when my little one was born.
I was quite surprised at how being pregnant can make you feel vulnerable at times but throughout every work out I felt supported and safe. I would recommend RWB to any mummas-to-be looking to keep their fitness up and want to feel confident that they are taking care of themselves at the same time.
I really enjoyed the variety of the workouts on RWB and loved that I could work through them at my own pace. I had HELLP syndrome on my first pregnancy and knew my focus was to have a healthier lifestyle.
Results with Baby helped me SO much throughout my pregnancy. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes so keeping fit and healthy was really important. The variety of workouts and support I received during my pregnancy I’ll be forever grateful for.
I’ve followed RWB during both of my pregnancies, though sadly my first one ended in stillbirth. Exercising during my rainbow pregnancy has helped me to bond with our new baby, it’s restored my body confidence and has helped reframe my mindset. Pregnancy after loss is an emotional rollercoaster so I cannot thank RWB enough for helping me stay active and healthy while also keeping me mentally strong.
Following RWB contributed to the most wonderful pregnancy experience, with minimal weight gain, increased strength and stamina for carrying bump around and more energy from exercise & eating well using the RWL recipes.
Before falling pregnant I was the fittest & healthiest I’d ever been & being able to continue to exercise safely was incredible, being able to have some control over my mood & body by exercising when everything else was out of my control made such a huge difference to my mental state.
Results with Baby is a great platform to stay active during pregnancy and tailor your workouts to best suit your changing body. I struggled with injury and was diagnosed with Pelvic Girdle Pain but RWB had something for me the whole time and thankfully I didn’t have to stop as they app has a dedicated SPD safe workout section.
