What if I don't have the time?
You're juggling a lot, so of course one more thing feels impossible. That's why the workouts are 20 to 30 minutes and done at home. You fit them around work, the kids and real life, and still stay consistent.
What if I lose motivation?
Motivation always fades, and that's normal. So the plan doesn't lean on it. Small daily wins, progress you can see and a community cheering you on keep you going when your get-up-and-go has gone.
Will RWL help with emotional eating?
When you're stressed, cravings often follow. That's your body doing its job, not you being weak. You get mindset tools and simple swaps for the stress-and-snack spiral, plus food you still enjoy, so eating feels calm again.
Will you actually support me?
Doing it alone is what makes it hard. Here you get a women-only community, buddy support and coaches who have been there. You'll feel part of something from day one, instead of white-knuckling it by yourself.
I get anxious at the gym.
So many women do, and it's a big reason they never start. With RWL there is no gym. You train at home where nobody is watching, and build strength and confidence at your own pace.
How is RWL different from a slimming club or a free app?
Slimming clubs and trackers hand you a weigh-in or a calorie box, then leave you to it. RWL gives you the workouts, the food, the coaching and a women-only community in one place, built around a busy mum's life. That's why it sticks when the others didn't.
My home life is chaos. Can I fit this in?
You carry a lot, and you're usually last on your own list. The workouts are quick and the recipes are family-friendly, so this fits into your day instead of stealing from it. You end up with more energy for everyone, not less.
I have pain or an injury. Is it safe to join?
When something hurts, the fear of making it worse can stop you trying at all. There are low-impact sessions and gentler options so you can move safely and rebuild strength. If you have an injury, check with your GP before you start.
What if I can't stay consistent?
Most plans are too strict or too confusing to keep up, so staying consistent was never really your fault. This one keeps it simple, with clear steps and a community that gently keeps you on track. Consistency gets easier when the plan actually fits.
I don't have any equipment.
You don't need any. Most workouts use just your bodyweight to build strength and support weight loss. If you fancy adding a dumbbell later you can, but you can make progress without spending a penny on kit.
What happens after my 5 free days?
After your 5 free days, your plan renews at £19.99 a month unless you cancel, and you can cancel any time in a couple of taps. No lock-in, no awkward phone calls. You carry on only if you're glad you started.
I have a health condition. Is exercise okay?
Lots of women worry about this, which is why gentle, low-impact options matter. You can move at a pace that suits your body and build up slowly. If you have a health condition, have a quick word with your GP before you start, then we'll meet you where you are.
Do I need to give up wine?
No. A glass of wine won't undo your progress. What undoes it is deciding you've blown it and stopping altogether. So enjoy the wine, then carry on the next day. Consistency beats perfection.
How can I lose weight at home without going to the gym?
