1. Is it really just £99, once?
Yes. £99, one payment, and that covers the lot: your Wellness Coach, the three calls, the onboarding quiz, the AI Coach, your personalised plan and 60 days of full access to the RWL app. Nothing renews. There's no subscription hiding behind it. When your 60 days are up, you decide what happens next, and your coach will give you an honest steer on call three.
2. What actually happens after I pay?
You'll get a link to a short self-assessment quiz. Fill it in on your phone, it takes a few minutes. Your answers go to your Wellness Coach, and you'll get a calendar link to book your first call. On that call she builds your plan with you. From then on it's all in the app: your plan, your coach's notes, your community and your next two call dates.
3. I'm just not disciplined enough. Won't I quit like I always do?
We've heard this from more women than we could count, and we don't buy it. You hold down a job, a home and everyone else's diary. You've got discipline. What you've never had is someone checking in who knows your name and your goal. That's the whole point of a coach. And if you do wobble, the second call is built for exactly that. Nobody's told off. The plan gets fixed.
4. I've paid for a PT or a coach before and it didn't stick. Why would this?
Because most coaching stops the moment you leave the session. This one doesn't. Between calls the AI Coach tracks what you actually did and passes it to your Wellness Coach, so she's adjusting your plan from real numbers, not from what you remember to tell her in a 20-minute window. You also get the VIP community and the app every day of the 60. The calls are the anchor. They're not the whole thing.
5. Only three calls in 60 days? Is that enough?
Three is deliberate. One to build the plan, one at the halfway point to sort what's slipped, one at the end to look at where you are and what's next. We tried more and found women spent the extra calls apologising for not having done the work. Three calls with an AI Coach and a community in between gets more done than six calls with nothing in between.
6. I haven't got time for this.
The calls are 20 minutes. You could do one on your lunch break with the camera off. The workouts your coach picks will be 20 to 30 minutes at home, and she'll ask about your week before she chooses how many. If your honest answer is two days, she'll build for two days. A plan you'll actually follow beats a perfect one you won't, every time.
7. What is the AI Coach? Am I being palmed off onto a robot?
No. You've got a real Wellness Coach, a woman, on Zoom or phone, and she's the one making the decisions. The AI Coach sits inside the app doing the boring bit: tracking your workouts, your check-ins and your habits, then handing that to your coach before each call. It means she walks in already knowing how your month went. Think of it as her assistant, not your replacement coach.
8. Who will my coach be?
One of RWL's own Wellness Coaches. You're matched after the quiz and you keep the same coach for all three calls, so you're not repeating your story to a stranger each time. Their profiles are further up this page.
9. Can I choose when the calls are? What if I have to miss one?
Most people struggle with consistency because their plan is too restrictive or confusing. RWL removes the overwhelm with simple recipes for all dietary needs and structured planners that make healthy eating realistic and repeatable. Instead of feeling pressured, you feel capable and in control.
10. I haven't exercised properly in years. Is this for beginners?
Yes, and you're closer to the typical starting point than you think. Your coach builds from where you are now, not from where you feel you should be. If that's a ten-minute walk and one home session a week, that's week one. Tell her the truth on the quiz and the plan will fit.
11. I've got a bad back / a dodgy knee / a health condition. Can I still do it?
Tell your coach on the quiz and again on call one. She'll work around it with low-impact options and sensible progressions, and if you're under a doctor or physio, their advice comes first. Share it with your coach so the plan respects it. If you're unsure whether you should be exercising at all, check with your GP before you sign up.
12. Do I have to go on a diet? Will I have to give up wine?
No diet. Your coach builds a way of eating you can live with, using recipes your family will eat too, so you're not cooking twice. And no, you don't have to give up wine. One glass on a Friday was never the problem. Writing off the whole weekend because of it was. Your coach will help you track it and move on.
13. Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Do the work for 60 days and if you can't see any results, we'll refund your £99 in full. All of it. The one condition is that you actually turn up: open the app every day, do the plan your coach sets, and make your three calls. If you've done that and nothing has moved, that's on us, not you, and we'll pay you back. Terms apply, and they're written in plain English below.
14. What happens when the 60 days end?
Nothing automatic. Your access ends, nothing renews, and on call three your coach will tell you honestly what she'd do next. For some women that's another round of coaching. For plenty it's "you've got this now, carry on with the app". You choose. We'd rather you leave trusting us than feel trapped.
15. I'm still not sure. Can I talk to someone first?
Yes. Book a free 15-minute call with the coaching team. They'll ask what you're trying to do and what got in the way last time, and tell you straight whether coaching is the right fit or whether you are ready to go it alone with our amazing Fitness and Wellness App - This increability powerful app it perfect for most womne.
