Faro airport is our closest and is only 50 minutes away. There are many transfer companies available, and you will be travelling from Faro to Lagos, should you have any trouble, feel free to message me.
Yes, the retreats are suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. Our programs are designed to accommodate individuals with varying fitness backgrounds and abilities. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or have been active for a while, you’ll find activities and workouts tailored to your level. Our experienced trainers will provide personalised guidance and support to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
No problem! Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. We just ask you attend with an open mind and at least embrace the exposure to the other foods on the plates around you even though you won’t be eating them. We’ve got you!
While you do not have to be an RWL member to join our retreats, we highly recommend becoming a member. For just £1, you can join as an RWL member and enjoy the benefits for your first 30 days. Being an RWL member will enhance your retreat experience, providing you with additional resources, support, and exclusive perks.
We offer various accommodation options to suit different preferences and budgets. You can choose between single rooms, 2-person sharing, 3-person sharing, or 4-person sharing.
When you book shared accommodation at the retreat, you do not have to find additional people to come with you. Our team will assign roommates for you based on other participants who have also selected a sharing option.
Our goal is to make the accommodation process hassle-free and ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the retreat.
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to attend the retreat alone or come with a friend.
We welcome individuals who choose to join us solo, as we’ve found that many participants who travel alone often have enriching and fulfilling experiences. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, build connections, and fully immerse yourself in the retreat’s offerings. Whether you come alone or with a friend, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.
No, there are no specific age restrictions for participants. All ages above 18 are welcome to join our retreats. Our expert trainers are experienced in providing adaptations and modifications for exercises and workouts, ensuring that everyone can participate and feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level or abilities.
We will be welcoming you with drinks & snacks from 2pm, however, your rooms won’t be ready until 4pm.

In the unlikely event of Insolvency of Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd please follow the procedures below:
Claims should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the Administration order or Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd declared insolvent supported by documented evidence quantifying the value of the claim.

Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond (with the exception of Credit and Debit card). Terms & Condition summary: At RWL, we strive to provide exceptional holiday experiences. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy below:
Deposits: Non-Refundable: All deposits paid to secure your booking are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations: More than 30 Days Before the Event: If you cancel your booking more than 28 days prior to the event date, you will be refunded any payments made excluding the non-refundable deposit.
30 Days or Less Before the Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for any refund. Full payment will be retained.
Amendments to Bookings: Any requests to amend your booking must be made emailed to support. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Amendments made within 30 days of the event may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our cancellation terms.
Failure to Arrive: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us. While deposits remain non-refundable, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit towards a future booking.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This can provide coverage for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. The date of receipt of the written cancellation will be considered the cancellation date.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
