1. I’ve tried everything. What if this doesn’t work either?

This isn’t another strict diet. It’s a simple December structure that stops the spiralling, guilt and pressure. Even if nothing else has worked, this will - because it meets you where you’re actually at.

2. Am I going to be starving the whole time?

Nope. No restriction, no “be good” rules. You’ll be eating filling, balanced meals that keep you steady and satisfied.

3. Do I have to work out every day?

No. You unlock a 15-minute workout every day for 24 days, but you’ve got until 31st December to complete them. It’s fun, not forced.

4. I’ve got loads to lose. Is this for me or just for people trying to tone up?

It’s for everyone. Whether you’re at the start of your journey or just trying to avoid the December blowout, the structure works for all levels and goals.

5. What if I fall off halfway through?

You won’t be kicked out or shamed. You just rejoin, reset, and carry on. This is real-life December — not perfection.

6. Do I have to talk in the group chat?

No. You can be silent, active, or somewhere in between. Lurkers still get the support, reminders and accountability.

7. Is it really strict?

Not at all. It’s boundaries, not punishment. No extreme diets, no rules that make you miserable, and no guilt if you enjoy Christmas.

8. What kind of food am I eating?

There’s no meal plan to follow. Just eat normal, everyday meals: high-protein, high-fibre, satisfying, seasonal food you actually enjoy we have thousands of recipes to try!

9. Is it actually going to work though?

Yes, because the goal isn’t perfection. It’s helping you navigate December without losing yourself. When you remove guilt and pressure, you stay consistent. Then you hit January in a much better position!

10. Where do I find it?
