Deposit is non-refundable but transferable up to 60 days before the retreat.
Your final payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Luxury accommodation with access to an indoor pool and outdoor soaking tub, your meals & your activities.
Check-in: From 2:00 PM on arrival day at our Peak District venue.

- Twin Rooms – Available as a room-only booking, so invite a friend or family member to join you!

Absolutely! You have the flexibility to attend the retreat solo or with a friend.
We welcome individuals who choose to join us alone—many of our guests come solo and find it to be an enriching and fulfilling experience. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, build connections, and fully immerse yourself in everything the retreat has to offer.
Whether you come alone or with a friend, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.
Just a note: Twin rooms must be booked as a full room and cannot be booked as individual beds—so if you're coming solo, either invite a friend or choose one of our single bed options.
No, there are no specific age restrictions for participants. All ages above 18 are welcome to join our retreats. Our expert trainers are experienced in providing adaptations and modifications for exercises and workouts, ensuring that everyone can participate and feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level or abilities.
How long does it take to learn Webflow?
If you're new to building websites, our video tutorials will get up and running quickly. If you already know concepts behind CSS and the box model, you will feel at home in Webflow.
While you do not have to be an RWL member to join our retreats, we highly recommend becoming a member.

We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with the current ”The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations ” all passengers booking with Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd.

In the unlikely event of Insolvency of Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd please follow the procedures below:
Claims should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the Administration order or Results Wellness Lifestyle Ltd declared insolvent supported by documented evidence quantifying the value of the claim.

Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond (with the exception of Credit and Debit card). This policy will also not cover any loss sustained by Passenger(s) booked on a flight-inclusive package sold and commencing within the United Kingdom.

DATA PROTECTION: The Insurer is the controller of the personal data provided in relation to this Policy. The Insurer is registered with the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (GRA) as a data controller and is listed on the Register of Data Controllers under registration number DP003699. Terms & Condition summary: At RWL, we strive to provide exceptional holiday experiences. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy below:
Deposits: Non-Refundable: All deposits paid to secure your booking are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations: More than 30 Days Before the Event: If you cancel your booking more than 28 days prior to the event date, you will be refunded any payments made excluding the non-refundable deposit.
30 Days or Less Before the Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for any refund. Full payment will be retained.
Amendments to Bookings: Any requests to amend your booking must be made emailed to support. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Amendments made within 30 days of the event may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our cancellation terms.
Failure to Arrive: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us. While deposits remain non-refundable, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit towards a future booking.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This can provide coverage for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@rwl.fitness. The date of receipt of the written cancellation will be considered the cancellation date.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
