You’ve gained weight because you finish the kids’ leftovers, you’re exhausted, and your friends tell you to “just live a little.”

You hold everything together for everyone else, but your body?

I’m Sarah - and I want to help you break free from the habits, guilt, and quiet self-criticism that keep you stuck.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve studied nutrition and human behaviour, but more importantly, I’ve learned what it really takes to help women move beyond shame and into self-belief.

This isn’t about restriction or punishment - it’s about rediscovering who you truly are.  Join me, and together we’ll rebuild your energy, confidence, and sense of self -one powerful step at a time.

1. I’ve tried everything. What if this doesn’t work either?

Honestly, that’s what most people say at the start. The difference is, this actually gives you the structure and backup to stick with it. That’s why it works.

2. Am I going to be starving the whole time?

No. You’ll eat proper meals, loads of volume, high protein. It’s not one of those sad salad plans.

3. Do I have to work out every day?

Nope. The workouts are optional, and they’re doable from home. You’ll burn fat just by sticking to the food side if that’s all you can manage.

4. I’ve got loads to lose. Is this for me or just for people trying to tone up?

It’s 100% for you. Doesn’t matter how much weight you’ve got to lose. It’s about finally sticking to something for more than a week.

5. What if I fall off halfway through?

Then you crack on the next day. No drama. Just don’t ghost the group! We’ll pull you back in.

6. Do I have to talk in the group chat?

You do need to check in daily. But that can be a quick emoji or reacting to someone else’s message. No pressure to share your life story.

7. Is it really strict?

It’s firm, yeah. That’s the point. It’s not fluffy. But it’s not brutal either. You’ll be supported, but you won’t be let off the hook every time life gets busy.

8. What kind of food am I eating?

Normal food. Pasta, wraps, traybakes, slow cooker stuff. No shakes. No tiny meals that leave you raiding the biscuit tin at 9pm.

9. Is it actually going to work though?

If you stick to it, yes. Loads of women have dropped weight, felt more confident, and finally finished something for once. You’ve just got to decide to give it your all.

10. I hate taking before photos. Do I really have to?

Yes, for this you do. You’ll thank yourself later. No one sees them unless you want to share. But trust me, you’ll want the comparison.

11. Where do I find it?

Once you join and download the RWL app, it will show on your dashboard. Click that large image and everything you need to know is inside.
